Business Applications Strategy
Over 200 IT decision makers from organisations with over 250 staff took part in our September 2011 survey.
The survey provides a unique insight into some of the factors most affecting application strategy in businesses today:
- Application strategy drivers – what is new and what has changed?
- What is the impact of getting it wrong?
- The current and projected effect of the cloud on business applications
- The extent to which enterprise IT strategy is aligned with corporate vision
- Application strategy decision making - is this proving effective?
- Today to mid 2012 – how will drivers change over the coming months?
- How formalised is application strategy?
Based on the survey responses, our new whitepaper, 'The Business Applications Deficit’, provides expert analysis and commentary on the results, supported by headline facts such as as 66% of organisations surveyed believe that technology is constraining their growth and profits, and 52% regret the decision to select at least one application and are now living with the consequences.
