Managing Customers
This page allows the list of customers to be maintained by Administrators. The default customer billing rate is set up at this level. Projects can also be flagged as Internal.
Managing Projects
Maintaining core project information: Insert customer contact details and choose the Timesheet approval mode.
Managing Activities and Time Allocations
Create Activities against Projects, and allocate the maximum time that your people can book to each. Alternatively, set the maximum days allowed for each Activity to Unlimited.
You can select specific people who can book time to an Activity, or decide that any system user can book time to it, by ticking “Allow Anyone”.
Manage Resources
Create employee records, set up their standard internal billing rate, and flag them as either full-time or part-time.
Employees Book Time against Work Allocated
The page keeps track of time used and remaining. When a week’s entries have been completed they are submitted for approval by the respective project manager(s).
Timesheet Approval
Each project manager reviews and either edits, approves or rejects the time entries for their own projects.
Reports
A wide range of reports are available to help with invoicing, performance and revenue analysis, utilisation, overdue timesheets, etc. Furthermore it is easy to create your own reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
