Provides a customisable overview of all projects. Project summaries are automatically "rolled up" from project sites, and displayed with colour coding.

Document templates are defined here and are available for use in all projects.

Clicking on a project name takes you to the project site.

Controlled Project Site Creation Process

The ability to create new project sites is restricted, with the "Create Project Site" link shown above only visible to selected users. The site creation process configures the new site correctly.

Project Home Page

Each project has lists of risks, issues and any other lists you require. Lists can be presented in different views, and have version control enabled. The project status bar at the top gives an "at a glance" view of the status of the project – and an audit trail of the project status is maintained.

Document Management

Documents can quickly be created from templates. SharePoint provides version control and approval processes.
