Annual Support
For an annual fee of £199, you can purchase support for your software. This entitles you to:
- 5 free support calls during a year, such as queries about using or configuring the product; and
- Free upgrades - please contact us to obtain your upgrade.
The support option needs to be taken out at the same time as the purchase of your Straightforward™ product and is valid for a year from the date of the purchase. Support can be renewed annually.
The support option does not cover setting up Windows, SharePoint, SQL Server, Reporting Services or any other pre-requisite system requirements (see FAQs) for the products. Should you require help with this aspect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
If you have queries regarding installation of your product, please contact our Technical Support Team within 10 business days of purchasing your product to get free advice.
Who are the products for?
Straightforward™ Timesheets, Expenses and Projects are for any organisation that would like better control and visibility of these areas of its business. Because they use a Microsoft SQL Server® database you benefit from scalability, while Reporting Services makes it easy for you to view or write your own reports and really drill down into the information you need.
Our products come in two versions:
Standard — for small and medium organisations that want a product that can be downloaded and used straightaway.
Premium — for mid-size and enterprise organisations that would benefit from additional planning, deployment, data migration and customisation services.
Keeping it affordable
All our products can run on the Windows SharePoint Services v3 and SQL Server Express products, available as free downloads from the Microsoft Web site. We don’t need you to purchase Microsoft Office SharePoint® Server, or even SQL Server – although if you do have them our products will work just fine.
