How We Run Projects

We follow a four stage approach of discover, design, develop and deploy.

We’ll define the scope at the outset, by clearly defining what business problems we are trying to solve, and how we will measure success. We’ll ensure the project delivers quickly and efficiently against these objectives.

We’ll build prototypes and mock-ups from day one, so that you can actually see how the solution will work.

When it comes to the main development phase, we’ll agree on either a traditional planned project approach, or an agile approach. Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) for Agile Software Development is the one we use.

We’ll create a SharePoint site for the project on our extranet and give you access. Then we’ll all be looking at the same documents, risks, and issues.
