Enterprise Template Picker

If you are using SharePoint and have a large number of document templates, the PointBeyond Enterprise Template Picker will significantly improve the experience for your end users.


How does it work?

A user, with the correct permissions, clicks the Enterprise Template Picker button from the document library ribbon on their SharePoint site. The Enterprise Template Picker will then display only the document templates matching the content types associated with that library.

The user has a choice of different views to help them pick the template they need, and once added their new document is saved directly into the relevant library.

All templates are stored in a Template Hub, assigned content types and permissions, helping ensure that your templates are managed centrally whilst also minimising any risk of duplication.
